Speaking on the Mic On Podcast, Dare dism¡ssed claims that Obi remains a political n¡ghtmare, insisting that while he may have been seen as a thr£at in the past, the Tinubu administration now stands on what he described as a “solid ground of performance.” According to him, President Tinubu has no reason to resign, stressing that Nigeria operates a constitutional democracy where leaders are chosen through elections every four years. Dare also argued that the government has every right to respond to Obi’s cr¡t¡cisms, just as Obi has the right to express his opinions. He concluded by saying he does not believe Peter Obi can defeat President Tinubu in Lagos again.
